SCHEDULING

We recommend that you book your next service before leaving the salon to secure the appointment time that works best with your schedule.

APPOINTMENTS

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled service to allow for check-in and service preparation. If arriving late for your appointment, as a courtesy to the next guest, your service must still end on time.

CANCELLATIONS

Our staff earn wages by reserving time for our guest, and we make every effort to schedule enough time for your services. Therefore, any cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the full-service price, No-shows will be charged 100% of the full-service price.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
