Chelsea is the proud owner of Valor Hair Salon and has been behind the chair since 2008. With nearly two decades in the beauty industry, she has a true passion for helping women feel confident, beautiful, and cared for.

For Chelsea, Valor is about so much more than hair. The name Valor means courage and bravery, and those values are at the heart of the salon she has worked to create—a place where clients feel welcomed, valued, and at home.

Chelsea is a wife, mom of one girl and two boys, business owner, and woman of faith. She loves building genuine relationships with her clients and her team and believes some of the best parts of this career are the people you meet along the way.

Her heart for Valor is simple: to create beautiful hair, meaningful connections, and a salon where both clients and stylists feel like they belong. 🤍

My favorite part of this industry is the meaningful connections I get to make with each person that sits in my chair. I’m passionate about helping others feel confident, valued, and beautiful when they leave the salon. Hi, I’m Jessica Kudron. I graduated from the Academy of Hair Design in 2016. Since then, I have developed a passion for making people look and feel confident and beautiful. Whether it’s a cut, color or a full body wax I want you to leave your appointment feeling hyped up and empowered!
